Lenovo is fully unveiling its next gaming tablet on August 25. Ahead of that, today the company has announced its AnTuTu score, and it’s very impressive at 4,585,844. The tablet will be called Y700 Infinite, or Y700 Ultimate, or Y700 Unlimited – machine translation from Chinese isn’t very accurate in this case.

Either way, it seems to be based on the existing Y700, which launched back in March, but the new device will come with 5G mobile data connectivity built-in.

It will also, according to a new rumor, cut down on the battery capacity – from 9,000 mAh on the Y700, to 7,500 mAh, paired with 68W fast wired charging. That would be very disappointing, especially considering how many phones have already matched or surpassed that battery capacity. And this tablet is meant for hardcore gamers, too.

Anyway, previous rumors suggested that the new Y700, whatever it ends up being called, will have an 8.4″ OLED screen with “2.5K” resolution and 2.89mm bezels, and the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset at the helm. It will allegedly be 6.5mm thick and will weigh 298g.
