Global vivo Y500 is coming in three versions
The vivo Y500 is Going Global: What We Know So Far
Back in September, vivo made waves in China with the launch of the Y500. It was a solid addition to their lineup, but global fans were left waiting. Now, the wait seems to be nearing its end. Recent certification filings suggest that not just one, but three different global versions of the vivo Y500 are officially on the horizon.
The Mystery of the Three Model Numbers
According to the latest Bluetooth SIG database entries, three distinct model numbers—V2627, V2634, and V2635—have been spotted. Curiously, they are all tagged with the same “Y500” moniker. While the certification confirms Bluetooth support (no surprises there), it leaves us with a bit of a puzzle. Why the three variants? It’s possible we’re looking at regional adjustments, carrier-specific builds, or minor hardware tweaks for different markets. For now, the exact differences remain under wraps.
vivo V70 Lite 4G: A Battery Powerhouse?
The Y500 isn’t the only device vivo is prepping for the spotlight. The vivo V70 Lite 4G has also cleared the Bluetooth SIG hurdle, following its earlier appearance at the FCC in May. This device is shaping up to be a total marathon runner. Early specs point toward a massive 8,000 mAh or 8,100 mAh battery—capacities we usually only see in tablets. If these numbers hold up, the V70 Lite 4G could easily be one of the longest-lasting phones in its class.
Beyond the battery, the V70 Lite 4G is expected to ship with 8GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage, positioning it as a strong contender in the mid-range market. With certifications stacking up, an official announcement from vivo should be just around the corner. Stay tuned as we keep an eye on these global releases.
