AT&T Expands ‘Build-A-Plan’ to Include Home Internet

Since its debut back in May, AT&T’s ‘Build-A-Plan’ has offered a fresh take on wireless service, letting subscribers mix and match perks to hit that sweet spot between cost and functionality. It turns out the approach was a hit with customers, so starting July 7, the carrier is taking things a step further by bringing home internet into the fold.

If you’re already using the program—or thinking about switching—you can now bundle your home connection directly with your mobile plan. Depending on what’s available in your neighborhood, you’ll have the option to add either high-speed AT&T Fiber or the company’s fixed-wireless service, AT&T Internet Air, which leans on their cellular network to keep you online.

The Budget-Friendly Breakdown

For those strictly hunting for the most affordable way to combine mobile and home connectivity, the entry-level package starts at $70 a month (plus the usual taxes and fees). This tier includes:

Wireless Service: Unlimited data access, though speeds are capped at 2Mbps on 5G and 1.5Mbps on 4G.
Home Internet: Access to either Internet 300 or Internet Air service.
