Samsung Galaxy Z Fold8 and Flip8 Prices: Prepare Your Wallet for a Price Hike

If you have been eyeing Samsung’s upcoming foldable lineup, you might want to start setting aside a bit more cash. Leaked pricing for the European market suggests that Samsung is planning to bump up the cost of its next-generation devices across the board. If the rumors hold true, the highly anticipated Unpacked event in London on July 22 is going to be a bit more expensive than last year’s showcase.

The Foldable Flagships

Leading the pack is the new Galaxy Z Fold8 Ultra, which is slated to succeed the Z Fold7. If you are looking to pick up the 256GB base model, expect to pay €2,199—a €100 increase over its predecessor. The gap widens as you move up in storage; the 512GB version will hit your bank account for €2,399, while the top-tier 1TB model is rumored to reach a staggering €2,799.

The standard Galaxy Z Fold8 is not escaping these price hikes either. The entry-level 256GB model starts at €1,999, scaling up to €2,199 for 512GB and peaking at €2,599 for the 1TB variant.

Galaxy Z Flip8 and Wearables

Samsung’s fan-favorite clamshell, the Galaxy Z Flip8, is also seeing a price jump. The 256GB model is expected to retail at €1,299, while the 512GB option will set you back €1,499. Those figures represent an increase of €100 and €180 compared to the previous Flip7.

It is not just the phones, either. Samsung’s wearable ecosystem is getting pricier as well:

Galaxy Watch Ultra 2 (LTE): Priced at €749, representing a €50 increase over the original model.
Galaxy Watch9 (40mm): Starts at €409, up €40 from the Watch8.
Galaxy Watch9 (44mm): Starting at €459, with an additional €30 premium if you opt for LTE connectivity.

Whether these hardware improvements will justify the extra cost remains to be seen, but one thing is certain: Samsung is positioning its latest lineup as a premium investment for tech enthusiasts.
