Realme P4R’s key specs, design, price range, and launch date revealed

Realme P4R Set to Launch in India: Massive 8,000 mAh Battery and 144Hz Display

Realme is gearing up for its next big launch in the Indian market, and it looks like battery anxiety might finally become a thing of the past. The company has officially confirmed that the Realme P4R will be unveiled on June 10 at 12 PM local time, bringing some surprisingly high-end specs to the mid-range segment.

A Battery That Just Won’t Quit

The standout feature of the Realme P4R is undoubtedly its massive 8,000 mAh battery. Realme is promising up to three days of endurance on a single charge, which is a bold claim for a modern smartphone. To keep things moving, the device supports 45W wired charging and 27W reverse wired charging—perfect for powering up your accessories or a friend’s phone in a pinch. It also features all-scenario bypass charging, a feature gamers will appreciate as it allows the phone to draw power directly from the charger without stressing the battery during heavy sessions.

Smooth Performance and Sharp Visuals

Under the hood, the P4R is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 6300 SoC. It will ship with Realme UI 7.0 right out of the box and offer storage options up to 256GB. For those who love a smooth visual experience, the phone sports a 144Hz display with a peak brightness of 1,200 nits, making it plenty bright for outdoor use and incredibly fluid for scrolling or gaming.

Thermals seem to be a priority here as well. Realme has packed in a 5,300 mm² VC cooling system and a unique “One Tap Cooling” feature that can reportedly drop the phone’s temperature by 2°C in just two minutes.

Cameras and the New AI Pulse Light

On the back, you’ll find a dual-camera setup led by a 50MP primary sensor. But the real conversation starter might be the “AI Pulse Light.” This customizable light ring supports nine different colors and five speeds, adding a bit of personality and flair to your notifications and alerts.

Built for the Real World

Despite housing such a large battery, the Realme P4R maintains a relatively slim profile at 8.8mm. It’s also built to take a beating, featuring MIL-STD-810H military-grade certification and an IP65 rating for dust and water resistance. You’ll be able to pick it up in three sleek finishes: Silver Glare, Titanium Glare, and Lavender Glare.

Pricing and Availability

Realme is positioning this as a value-for-money powerhouse, with the price expected to land between INR 15,000 and INR 20,000. With the official launch just around the corner on June 10, we won’t have to wait long to see if this battery beast lives up to the hype.
