Honor 600e silently launched with Dimensity 7100 and 6,520 mAh battery

Honor 600e Officially Debuts: A New Mid-Range Powerhouse with a Massive Battery

The Honor 600 series is officially expanding. We’ve already seen the standard and Pro models make their debut in various markets, and now, a new sibling has entered the chat: the Honor 600e. After a few weeks of swirling rumors and leaks, the device has quietly made its first appearance on Honor’s official Peru website, giving us a clear look at what this mid-ranger brings to the table.

While the “e” branding often suggests a lighter version, the specs on this device tell a different story—especially when it comes to battery life and display quality.

A Display Built for Brightness

If you’re someone who uses your phone under the blazing sun, you’ll appreciate what Honor has done here. The 600e features a 6.6-inch OLED panel with a crisp 1200 x 2600px resolution and a smooth 120Hz refresh rate. But the real headline is the brightness: Honor claims a staggering 6,500 nits peak brightness and up to 2,000 nits in high-brightness mode.

To keep things easy on the eyes, the screen also utilizes 3840Hz high-frequency PWM dimming, which is a lifesaver for users who are sensitive to screen flicker during late-night scrolling sessions.

Performance and Storage

Under the hood, the rumors were spot on. The Honor 600e is powered by the Dimensity 7100 chipset. In a move that’s becoming more common for mid-range devices looking to offer premium value, the phone comes with a generous 512GB of internal storage paired with 8GB of RAM. For now, this is the only configuration listed, though more options might pop up once it hits the global market.

Camera Capabilities

On the photography front, the Honor 600e keeps things simple but effective with a dual-camera setup on the back:

  • 108MP Main Sensor: Features an f/1.75 aperture for high-resolution shots and better performance in tricky lighting.
  • 5MP Ultrawide: An f/2.2 lens for those wider landscapes or group shots.
  • 16MP Front Camera: An f/2.45 shooter dedicated to selfies and video calls.

The 6,520 mAh Battery: A True Marathon Runner

One of the most impressive aspects of the 600e is its endurance. It packs a 6,520 mAh battery, which should easily push through two days of moderate use. When you do eventually run dry, it supports 45W wired fast charging. It even offers 6W reverse wired charging, allowing you to give a quick boost to a friend’s phone or your wireless earbuds in a pinch.

Software and Extra Features

The phone runs MagicOS 10 right out of the box, which is based on the latest Android 16. Honor has also included some nice hardware touches, like a dedicated physical button (similar to the Pro model) and an IP66 rating for solid protection against dust and water splashes.

Pricing and Availability

The Honor 600e is launching in three distinct colors: Velvet Gray, Desert Gold, and Vital Green. Currently, it’s listed in Peru for PEN 1,999 (which translates to roughly €505). While we wait for news on a wider international rollout, the 600e is already looking like a strong contender for anyone who prioritizes screen quality and exceptional battery life without jumping to flagship price tiers.
