Nothing Phone (4b) Spotted in the Wild: Hands-On Photos and Key Specs Leaked

The hype for the upcoming Nothing Phone (4b) is reaching a fever pitch. While Nothing recently teased that the device will indeed pack a Snapdragon processor, they were coy about the specifics. Thankfully, we don’t have to wait for the official reveal to get a good look at the hardware.

A recent leak on X has given us a clear view of the Nothing Phone (4b) in all three of its colorways. These live images provide a much better sense of the handset’s design than the typical marketing renders we’re used to seeing.

What’s Under the Hood?

Beyond the fresh coat of paint, the leaker also shared a look at the “About Phone” screen, giving us a peek at the specs. If this information holds true, here is what you can expect:

  • Software: It’s running Nothing OS 4.1, which is based on Android 16.
  • Performance: The device is powered by a Snapdragon 6 Gen 4 chipset, paired with 8GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage.
  • Display: You’re getting a spacious 6.7-inch AMOLED panel.
  • Cameras: The rear setup features a 50MP main shooter with OIS, accompanied by an 8MP secondary lens (likely for ultrawide shots), while the front houses a 16MP camera.

A Battery Boost

Perhaps the most exciting reveal is the battery. Previous rumors suggested we might see a 5,400 mAh cell, but these latest reports point to a massive 6,000 mAh battery. If this turns out to be accurate, it will mark the largest battery capacity ever featured in a Nothing phone, which is a massive win for anyone tired of hunting for a charger mid-afternoon.

We are just days away from the official launch event, which is scheduled for July 7. Stay tuned, because it looks like Nothing has a very interesting device ready to shake up the mid-range market.
