As Mobile World Congress (MWC) Shanghai kicks off this week—running from June 24 to June 26—the tech world is already buzzing. Today, the event organizers unveiled the winners of the newly rebranded GLOMO Awards Asia, which build upon nearly twenty years of industry prestige from the former Asia Mobile Awards.

This year’s spotlight is firmly on foldable technology, as two industry heavyweights took home the top honors. The Honor Magic V6 had an incredible showing, walking away with two major accolades: Best Smartphone and Disruptive Device Innovation. Not to be outdone, the vivo X Fold6 made a massive splash by snagging the Best in Show – Product award just as it hits the global stage.
